What this website is for

The pages here describe the rug and carpet care offered by EMPIRE STATE RUG & CARPET CLEANING MANHATTAN. Reading them does not form an agreement between us, and nothing on the site should be treated as a firm quote or a promise that a time slot is open.

Booking work in Manhattan

Work at your apartment, office, or building is confirmed only after we speak with you by phone or review a request sent through the contact form. Our office is at 276 5th Avenue Ste 704, New York, NY 10001, but that address is not a walk-in drop-off location.

Results are never promised

Every rug and carpet responds differently. Fiber type, age, dye stability, earlier cleaning attempts, how long a spill or odor has set, and the size of the job all affect what is possible. We cannot guarantee that a given stain, discoloration, or smell will be fully removed.

Costs and timing

We do not list fixed rates, discounts, or arrival windows on this site. Those details are worked out with you for your specific job and agreed upon before any work is booked.

Text messaging terms
