Plain talk
You hear what we plan to do, and why, before anything gets wet.
Who we are
A Manhattan cleaning crew that treats every fiber like it matters.
EMPIRE STATE RUG & CARPET CLEANING MANHATTAN works out of 276 5th Avenue, Suite 704, caring for carpets, area rugs, and upholstered furniture in apartments, townhouses, offices, and shops across the city.
How we work
City living is tight on space, so we plan every job around it.
Elevators, loading docks, narrow hallways, and building rules shape a Manhattan cleaning visit as much as the rug itself. We talk through those details first, so the day runs smoothly and nobody is surprised by what happens in their home or office.
- Ask about the room, the fiber, and what you have already tried
- Separate everyday dirt from damage that cleaning cannot reverse
- Confirm building access, parking, and drying time up front
- Quote from what you actually describe, not a generic rate card
What guides us
Four habits we hold ourselves to on every call.
Simple commitments, kept visit after visit.
Fiber first
Wool, silk, synthetics, and blends each get a method suited to them.
Care for your space
We protect floors, furniture, and shared hallways, and we respect your schedule.
Honest outcomes
Some marks lift and some do not, and we will say which is likely.
Ready when you are
Describe the job and we will take it from there.
Tell us about the floors, the furniture, and any trouble spots, and we will help you pick a time.
